"As the former Editorial Lead for our organization, Annissa depicted a great sense of professionalism and creativity. She is the epitome of a driven individual who pours passion into the projects she leads. The impact she helped create across our global audience is a testament to her efforts and prowess."
Tyler Malad | Founder of MPS Creatives, Show Host, CEO of Dalam Tech
"Annissa is extremely driven and eloquent in all she does. She has a willingness to learn skills outside of her domain knowledge to launch new projects. I know I can count on her for anything."
Annie Long | Founder of the HPS Program
“Annissa proved herself to be an enthusiastic, highly intelligent, sophisticated student of law and politics. She was clearly the best debater in a very talented class. It was a joy to have someone with Annissa’s interest and curiosity in class. She will do well in any highly competitive college or university. I recommend her emphatically.”
Paula Russo | Columbia University - Contemporary Debates in American Law and Society | Instructor feedback
“Annissa was a critical thinker, who demonstrated a passion for advocacy and public policy from day one. Annissa's promise as a future advocate was clear as she smartly played the role of a witness for our mock bail exercise. Her final project, a Campaign for Change Memo, called for enacting a law in New York State that gives back time to incarcerated individuals, to promote compassionate correctional facilities and preserve the dignity of incarcerated individuals. Annissa is fiercely intelligent, thoughtful, kind, and mature beyond her years. Annissa was an anchor of our community (and #1 in the count-off) and an absolute pleasure to teach.”
Scott Levy | The School of New York Times - A Million Lives in the Law | Instructor feedback
"Annissa is a kind, respectful, and hardworking young woman. When she sets her mind on a goal, she commits to it fully, despite any challenges that may arise. Our school was shut down with COVID, but she continued training via Zoom for months until we reopened. Then when we did reopen, she committed herself to extra private lessons on the weekends. She did all of this while continuing to maintain a high level of academic achievement. She completed everything and was able to earn her 2nd degree black belt. I'm beyond proud of her achievement and believe it speaks to her ability to persevere and overcome any challenge she may face."
Master Tracy | 2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor | United Martial Arts Centers
“Annissa never fails to amaze me with her wit and wisdom. She embodies perseverance and strength. Her ability to thrive under any condition and her passion for service inspires everyone around her. I can count on her for anything because her deliverance is always beyond excellent.”
